New Orleans, you never disappoint! Bringing the Intrigue Across America Tour to the breathtaking Milićević Farm & Vineyard was nothing short of magical. This stunning venue, with its charming vineyard views and elegant rustic charm, set the perfect backdrop for a day filled with creativity, color, and floral magic. There’s something so special about returning to New Orleans—the energy, the passion, and the undeniable love for flowers always make this stop unforgettable. From hands-on design to one-on-one moments with Sarah, every detail was infused with inspiration.

Day 1 - Social Media for Luxury Florists & Big Mistakes

Day one in New Orleans was nothing short of transformative! Attendees immersed themselves in a day packed with insight, inspiration, and, of course, breathtaking blooms. Sarah kicked things off with her signature energy, diving into expert strategies on how luxury florists can harness the power of social media to elevate their brand. From creating viral moments to increasing visibility, she shared actionable tips designed to make a real impact.

After a refreshing lunch break, the conversation took a reflective turn as Sarah opened up about her biggest mistakes—and how she turned them into major successes. Adding even more depth to the discussion, guest speaker Rhesa Jack Shallow, who came all the way from St. Vincent in the Carribean, shared her own journey, proving that setbacks can be the stepping stones to something greater. It was a day filled with learning, growth, and the powerful reminder that every challenge is an opportunity to bloom!

Fun Fact: In addition to Rhesa, we also had another international attendee who came alf the way rom Turks and Caicos to attend the New Orleans workshop. It's so amazing that people are literally coming from all over the world to learn from Intrigue!

Day 2 - Luxury Floral Installation Masterclass

As the creative energy flowed, our students didn’t just watch the magic happen—they became the magic! With passion and skill, they brought three breathtaking luxury floral installations to life, each one a stunning showcase of iridescent pastel blooms in all their grandeur.

Our first installation of the day was pure enchantment—a dreamy tablescape and fireplace design filled with pastel blooms, iridescent hues, and delicate, dripping florals. Soft, luminous colors shimmered in the light, creating a mesmerizing display that felt both ethereal and luxurious. Every petal and cascading stem came together to transform the space into a breathtaking floral masterpiece, setting the tone for a day of creativity and inspiration.

The second installation was a breathtaking outdoor ceremony scene, featuring a pergola arch overflowing with lush blooms, cascading floral stems, and an elegant chandelier delicately wrapped in greenery. Every detail added to the romance, with flowers seemingly floating in the air, creating a dreamy, garden-like atmosphere. This stunning design framed the perfect setting for saying "I do," blending natural beauty with a touch of enchantment.

The third installation was a breathtaking fusion of texture and color, transforming the outdoor space into a floral dreamscape. Cascading clouds of baby's breath in soft blues and purples spilled effortlessly across the fireplace, creating a mesmerizing flow of blooms. Delicate rings of florals added depth and movement, drawing the eye to the centerpiece—a striking, oversized lavender paper flower that commanded attention with its graceful, sculptural beauty. This installation was a perfect balance of whimsy and elegance, making a statement that felt both ethereal and grand.

The grand finale of our New Orleans tour stop was a magical surprise installation on the stunning fountain just outside the venue. Flowers cascaded from the top, spilling down like a dreamy, floral waterfall, while blooms pooled gracefully around the base, creating an enchanting scene straight out of a fairytale. The movement, the color, and the sheer romance of this design made it an unforgettable moment—a true testament to the artistry and creativity of our students. Simply stunning, undeniably magical, and the perfect way to close out an inspiring stop on the Intrigue Across America Tour!

Fun Fact: Our only male attendee, Eddie, has a daughter whose wedding is coming up and so many designers at the workshop offered to come freelance for the event! What a wonderful community.

After day 2 wrapped, the Styled Shoots Across America photographers came in to photograph all of the beautiful florals and decor, along with the help of stunning models. Attendees of the workshops get full access to all professional photos once galleries are completed, which means hands were filled with flowers, minds with inspiration, and portfolios with photos!
