TOTAL VALUE: $41,600 (Paid in 4 installments of $10,400 paid over 90 days)

Payment Schedule: $10,400 11/13/2024

Payment Schedule: $10,400 12/11/2024

All Payments must be made within 3 days of above due date or work will be paused pending payment being processed as agreed.

*Posting dates and times may be adjusted based on Intrigue’s discretion to maximize performance.

Intrigue will provide and share all content per the provided outline. Sarah Campbell personally guarantees that all content outlined in this product will be provided as described. In the unlikely event that Intrigue does not provide & post the above content as outlined, the Sponsor will be due a refund valued at the rate of the missing content (with the exception of failure to pay). Client is responsible for 100% of the balance agreed ($41,600 paid in 4 installments). In the event payment is not made within 3 days of the listed due date, work will be halted and no refunds will be given. Client will receive payment link and reminders 7-10 days prior to payment due date.

Video content created by Intrigue for the purpose of this collaboration is owned by Intrigue. The client is authorized to use content license-free for the duration of this sponsorship (September 17, 2024, and December 31, 2024). Permission to use Intrigue created videos and content after December 31, 2024 can be negotiated.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable with exception of the above noted unlikely event.
